 The rtems_task_construct directive description has a couple of
 deficiencies:

 * does not mention or link to RTEMS_TASK_STORAGE_SIZE
 * does not provide rtems_task_config and discuss the fields

 It would be nice to discuss how each of the parameters to
 rtems_task_create is set/computed when using rtems_task_config.

 I did not look but rtems_message_queue_construct may have similar issues.
