Comment (by Chris Johns):

 The `aarch64` architecture can use the DWARF 2 exception support. This is
 an improvement over the specific ARM support. Switching the unwind support
 to `rtems_rtl_elf_unwind_dw2_.*` functions results in `dl05` passing.
