 At this point, I'm not sure what Sphinx version will work with the current
 rtems-docs master.

 * Sphinx 7 - bad bullets

 * Sphinx 5.3.0 - bad bullets

 * Sphinx 4.5.0 - no frame on left, bullets are ok.

 I am about to locally revert the patch which moved us forward and see if
 5.3.0 produces output with the frame on the left and bullets. Hopefully
 will be able to report in a while.

 I'd like to see us be able to upgrade also but at this point, I don't
 think that is going to happen until someone who knows more about Sphinx
 than I do fixes the bullets and we review the output more.
