GitLab does not update MR titles and contents if you re-push a commit and it chops off the title. I had thought the commit had been edited but it had not so it was merged.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #333238; margin: 0;" align="initial">We need a bot to check for title and line lengths.</p>
