<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0;" align="initial">The counters used in ttcp statistic generation are not reset across
calls, so subsequent runs of the ttcp utility will appear to perform
more work than they actually do. This change resets the relevant
counters to get accurate per-run statistics.</p>
