Code moves around and formatting usually needs to follow it.</p>

It's fine for the formatting to get in for <a href="https://gitlab.rtems.org/groups/rtems/-/milestones/8" data-reference-type="milestone" data-original="%7.1" data-link="false" data-link-reference="false" data-milestone="141" data-group="3" data-namespace="3" data-container="body" data-placement="top" title="" class="gfm gfm-milestone has-tooltip">%7.1</a> but there's no way I'm going to get the tools done for then that can come later not with everything else that's been going on.</p>
