<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0;" align="initial">Another benefit of this is that generating our own .pc files allows us to know exactly where they are and makes builds of things that depend on them much simpler. We've been chasing issues around QEMU where its dependencies will place their .pc files in different places on different OSs.</p>
