<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0 0 1rem;" align="initial">Description of problem:
After installing the texinfo package on Fedora/RHEL (WSL2 environment), the /usr/bin/install-info utility is missing. This causes builds of the RTEMS Source Builder and SIS to fail during the installation phase.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0 0 1rem;" align="initial">Although dnf reports that texinfo is installed, whereis install-info returns no path. The utility appears to have been moved to a separate info subpackage that is not being pulled in as a mandatory dependency.</p>

<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0 0 1rem;" align="initial">Actual results:
/usr/bin/install-info is not found.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0 0 1rem;" align="initial">Expected results:
The install-info utility should be available in /usr/bin/ upon installing the base texinfo package, or info should be a hard dependency.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0;" align="initial">Additional info:
Manually running sudo dnf install info resolves the issue, but this breaks automated build scripts expecting the standard texinfo environment.</p>
