The no_cpu "port" was included in the x86_64 merge, along with Doxygen.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0px;" align="initial">The CPU Supplement has an open MR to add the documentation, but Gedare allowed the doxygen to stand for now because the CPU Supplement does not have the proper sections and has a lot of bitrot</p>
