<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0px 0px 1rem;" align="initial"><em style="margin-top: 0px;">CONFIGURE_DISABLE_NEWLIB_REENTRANCY</em> assumes that newlib will invoke a function to get a pointer to the reentrancy area. When configured to use Thread Local Storage for the reentrancy data, there is no function to call or override. Newlib is compiled to access the TLS pointer to the information.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0px 0px 1rem;" align="initial">Newlib defines _<em style="margin-top: 0px;">REENT_THREAD_LOCAL</em> when compiled to use TLS for reentrancy.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0px;" align="initial"><em style="margin-top: 0px;">confdefs.h</em> needs to detect when <em>CONFIGURE_DISABLE_NEWLIB_REENTRANCY</em> is defined when newlib is compiled for TLS and give an error.</p>
