order of the attributes, the indentation of the lists, the quotes, the
folding of long lines and the form of the integers vary from item to
item. Seventy-five items list their sources in no sorted order. A
reviewer of a change to an item therefore cannot tell a formatting
difference from a change of content.</p>

move two spaces to the right of their key. That pass touches every item
which holds a list, so it needs a separate agreement.</p>
