I just changed the location and added another toolchain variant:

* ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/mingw64/x86_64:
- 64bit Windows, x86_64-w64-mingw32
- This directory now contains the packages which had been under
   ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/mingw64

* ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/mingw64/i686:
- 32bit Windows, i686-w64-mingw32
- These packages are supposed to eventually replace the i686-pc-mingw32
   compiled packages which currently can be found under
   ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/mingw32

Note:
- Both sets of packages can not be installed in parallel.
When wanting to install them, you need to decide for one of these (32bit
or 64bit).
- Mixing i686-pc-mingw32 with i686-w64-mingw32 packages is untested.
