Port CHFS to RTEMS, Project for GSoC 2019

Hello,

After suggestions and response from Sebastian, Christian and Udit I started
to explore the following ticket:

#3338 : Port CHFS to RTEMS : https://devel.rtems.org/ticket/3338
Sebastion, even mentioned, that it can become a very good project for GSoC
2019.

It would be great if any of the mentors want to mentor this project this
year.
I want to discuss this further and seek to work on this as my GSoC project
for 2019.
