Guidance on constructing an RTEMS6 BSP

Hi Sebastian,

So far there is no code. The BSP won’t build. The only code is:

../source-builder/sb-set-builder --prefix=$HOME/quick-start/rtems/6 --target=arm-rtems6 --with-rtems-bsp=stm32f4 --with-rtems-tests=yes 6/rtems-kernel
