rtems-6.1-rc2 on Mac OSX Sonoma 14.4 (Apple M2) failed -> fixed

Hi
After updating Xcode and OSX to Sonoma 14.4 the Python libs 'disappeared’ ?
Upgrade/update python on homebrew and brew link python3 fixed it.
