step and squashed the many smaller patches into 4.<br>

+ clean up<br>
+ scripted changes<br>
+ manual edits to undo script mistakes<br>
+ manual edits to remove remaining Ids<br>

These are (and have been since Thursday) available for <br>
review on my personal repo at <br>

They have been available for review almost a week.<br>

I have compiled every BSP and the test code to ensure<br>
the script didn't break something.<br>

FWIW In testing to make sure I didn't break anything, I <br>
had to fix a number of things that were broken when<br>
I started. I have just committed a set of patches to<br>
address nearly all of those issues. :(<br>
