I think Gedare will agree that there is a lot that can be done in this<br>
area but likely it is a handful or tasks that comprise the entire project.<br>
We have done similar things for GSOC with test improvements.<br>
You work a priority ordered list and see what you can kill. Evaluate the<br>
list as time goes on and new ideas and priorities shift.<br>
