ucontext.h and regset.h

Hello folks,

Does RTEMS have anything similar to UNIX's <ucontext.h>, <sys/ucontext.h>,
and <sys/regset.h>?  The first two provide support for the
set/getcontext family of functions, while the last is an API to the
register set.  Thanks.
