Yet more MinGW Build Issues

I issued the following commands

I have been unable to download and bootstrap the 4.10 source so in order to
get something working I downloaded 4.9.4

../rtems-4.9.4/configure --target=powerpc-rtems4.10 --enable-rtemsbsp=psim
--
enable-cxx --enable-test=samples

make install

I have attached the config.log file
