Testing SMP Configuration with rtems-test

You should add -m 4 to the bsp_run_opts in the leon3-sis-cov.ini file, 
which is in

/opt/rtems/6/share/rtems/tester/rtems/testing/bsps/leon3-sis-cov.ini

(or similar depending on where you installed RBS).
