When was the last RPMs built using the old rpm version -- i.e. which toolsets

I want to try and build the latest version I can on my Linux machine and
see if I can do the same on my OSX machine so I can see if I am doing anything
wrong as to why the samples in the RTEMS build directory don't run correctly.
