I have been using git to track the RTEMS cvs repo for quite a while now. However, some of the branch structure looks weird:

(~/RTEMS/rtems.mirror.git)
djc@TooLBox--> git branch -a
B_beatnik_import_from_SLAC
B_rtems_mvme3100_bsp_slac
MOVED-ASM_H-TO-RTEMS-SUBDIR-4-6-branch
MOVED-FROM-C-SRC-EXEC-TO-CPUKIT-rtems-eng-200108xx
MOVED-FROM-C-SRC-TO-CPUKIT-rtems-4-5-branch
MOVED-FROM-LIBBSP-TO-LIBCHIP-rtems-4-6-branch
Several people have tried to convert RTEMS CVS to git, but so far, without visible success. All tools somewhere have failed or screwed things up.
