configure we could run to build cexp with ./configure, but in
the latest cexp (<a

there doesn’t seem to be an executable configure file? I tried
looking into the INSTALL file of the repo but these
instructions also used ./configure. There’s a configure.ac
file but I’m not sure how to convert that into an executable
(could be my lack of linux experience).<o:p></o:p></p>
