then this should work. But checking out the RSB from the
appropriate date would be better.</div>

<p>The problem is this is for MSYS2 on Windows and RSB on that
platform was having issues with Python at the time. Those have
all been resolved now, so the newer RSB seems to be the only way
forward.</p>
