Hi,

RTEMS 4.7.0 is (finally) available. In addition
to updating the website to reflect the availability
of 4.7.0, there are some release notes at:

http://www.rtems.org/rtems-4.7

I am sure something important between 4.6 and 4.7
has been left out. Just let me know.

It is at ftp://www.rtems.org/pub/rtems/4.7.0 or
http://www.rtems.org/ftp/pub/rtems/4.7.0.

The Apt/Yum repositories are up and if you are a
RPM GNU/Linux user, this is an easy way to grab
and update tools.

If you have questions or issues, feel free to bring
them up on the RTEMS mailing list.

Although this announcement is a bit hesitant in tone,
this is the best RTEMS release yet. It is feature rich
and tested on more simulator targets than ever before.
We get more regular reports from users than at any time.
There are more submitters than at any time in the RTEMS
Project history. This release is the result of the effort
of MANY people and I want to thank each of them.

I ask that you update the appropriate BSP page on the Wiki
with any status and testing information you have. And if
you have a real problem, file a PR in Bugzilla.
