[Bug 1191] Test for BCC: email to rtems-bugs list

I received 3 emails. The one I am suppose to see as I am CCed, then a CC of
yours and a CC of mine. This is wrong. It means the list sees an email for
every CC in the list.

The CC I have added should be removed but I am not sure what to so. I will
leave until I do.
