IMO, this is can't be correct:

1. Defining __rtems__ in setjmp.S is plain wrong (__rtems__ is being defined by
GCC)

2. I fail to understand why an architecture specific patch should be
os-specific (#ifdef'ed rtems.)

Finally, I don't understand, why this patch is submitted here and not to
upstream.
