OK, I was aware about wwwrtems (actually I have a current checkout), but I
didn't know how the contents is being pushed, so I haven't tried to check-in
something.

Also, in this particular case, I could have fixed 1.), but fixing 2.+ 3. would
have been beyond my scope (3. probably requires some tweaks to httpd.conf).
