Please attach
/cygdrive/d/BuildGccCygwin/powerpc-rtems-4.7-tools/rtems-4.6.99.3/powerpc-rtems/c/psim/testsuites/samples/config.log
which should have been generated during configuring RTEMS, to this PR.
