[Bug 1211] Wrong file locations prevent sucessful build for PowerPC + workaround

The problem shows up on the following BSPs (at least) gen405, psim, ss555.
I didn't build gen405 - Robert S. Grimes <rsg at alum.mit.edu> did, and reported
the same problem on the list.  So, here is the requested files status:
c/src/lib/libcpu/powerpc/Makefile.in           - requested, attached.
c/src/lib/libcpu/powerpc/configure             - requested, attached.
c/src/lib/libbsp/powerpc/gen405/configure      - requested. don't have it. 
pls. ask Robert S. Grimes <rsg at alum.mit.edu> 
c/src/lib/libbsp/powerpc/gen405/Makefile.in    - requested. don't have it. 
pls. ask Robert S. Grimes <rsg at alum.mit.edu>
