This indicates you might have once run the wrong version of automake during the
built.


Make sure to have automake-1.10 first on $PATH, regenerate the auto* generated
files and start anew:

cd <rtems-source-tree>
./bootstrap

cd <somewhere>
<rtems-source-tree>/configure [options]
