[Bug 1208] Permissions on ftp.rtems.org are broken

Try again.  Apparently /etc/shadow did not have us all listed in the ftp group.
It works for me now.

I didn't try this but I saw a reference on google to there being a special
permissions bit like setuid for directories that made each file in it
automatically owned by the group.  Is that something we want to investigate?
