gcc-3.4 doesn't build newlib-0.11.0, because parts of newlib-0.11.0 rely on a
gcc extention to the c-language, which has been disabled in gcc-3.4.
Release:
RTEMS-4.7
------- Comment #1 from ralf.corsepius at rtems.org 2004-03-16 04:20 -------
Fix:
This issue apparently has been addressed in newlib-0.12.0.
The attachment contains the relevant diffs between newlib-0.11.0 and newlib-0.12.0 to fix this issue.

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-Why: Right now, I am planning on gcc 3.4.0 being matched with an upgrade to newlib 1.12.0. What do you think of that?
------- Comment #3 from ralf.corsepius at rtems.org 2007-01-27 02:43 -------
Me thinks this all is obsolete - Closing
