This is a PR for inclusion of Milkymist BSP into CVS HEAD.
This adds support for the Milkymist One board, based on Milkymist SoC (using
lm32 cpu).

Basically the drivers for the different components of the Board/SoC have been
added to c/src/lib/libbsp/lm32/shared

In order to have the framebuffer driver working in single and triple buffered
mode i had to add some definitions into cpukit/libmisc/fb/fb.h (2 ioctl and 2
defines)

You can find as attachment new files in milkymist.tar.bz2 and a diff of
modified files in milkymist-changes.diff
