Patch @ testsuites/

Patch @ testsuites/

Has changes to termios01/init.c and termios/termios_testdriver.c to improve
coverage of rtems_termios_open routine.

Also, it has changes to psximfs02, to improve coverage of imfs_initsupp.c 
( bad value for CONFIGURE_IMFS_MEMFILE_BYTES_PER_BLOCK )
