I agree with the fix for the autonego time.

However, it is hard for me to debug your particular PHY. There are many PHYs in
this world, and many have their odd features, I'm not saying that the autonego
code is 100%...

I think a better solution would be to have an RTEMS PHY library rather than all
MAC drivers should implement support for all PHYs.
