following the build instructions in the doc/README, the build fails during
'make info' with the following:

rtems/doc/user//dirstat.texi:10: Prev reference to nonexistent node `Chains
Prepend a Node (unprotected)' (perhaps incorrect sectioning?).
rtems/doc/user//chains.texi:833: Next field of node `Chains Prepend a Node' not
pointed to (perhaps incorrect sectioning?).
rtems/doc/user//dirstat.texi:10: This node (Directive Status Codes) has the bad
Prev.
makeinfo: Removing output file `c_user.info' due to errors; use --force to
preserve.
make[1]: *** [c_user.info] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `rtems/doc/user'
make: *** [info-recursive] Error 1
