Thanks for keeping up your good work.

I've just merged the cpukit/posix parts me of your aio-works into RTEMS CVS
with slight modifications applied. I haven't merged the testsuites's part yet,
because they suffer from compilation issues (apparently this code is very new).

One major change, I applied: I moved aio_misc.h into rtems/posix/.

So far, I haven't performed any run-time tests yet, but only made sure your
code compiles.

Please provide patches next time. Struggling with git isn't necessarily
convenient ;)
