If you look at the test suite Makefile.am I think that they don't integrate at
all.

Yes, its a lot of work to convert them for all BSPs. Maintaining lots of
scripts is not different to maintaining lots of hooks. The hooks are not
documented and the hook mechanic also (or did I only find no documentation?).
I guess new RTEMS users will learn this through copy and paste from existing
BSPs.
Basically we only need something that translates an *.exe ELF-file into
something else with name *.ralf.
