No, but ...

* I am able to reproduce it with rtems-4.10 and the rtems-4.10* toolchain, too.
=> rtems-4.10 is affected, also.

* It's not always ticker.exe, the segfault occurs when linking any
motorola_powerpc *.exe from testsuites/samples/
It only looked like always being ticker.exe because the make-exe rules of the
motorola_powerpc and do not properly clean up the files it generates upon an
error.
