I need to do a baseline build to make comparisons on.  There are a number of
tests failing with this applied and I need to make sure all tests ran before 
I applied this.

Can you double check that all tests are passing also?  In particular, two of
the blockXX and tm17 are failing.  Others are but I didn't look at them.
