patch which fixes the bug

The flash driver (libbsp/powerpc/shared/intelFlash.c) fails to scale the ERASE
timeout (used to wait for the operation to complete) with the system clock
rate. The driver assumes a default clock rate of 50Hz. When the clock rate is
substantially higher then the timeout becomes too short.
