Times on psim after patch

These two files are the output of the tmtests on psim.  psim's decrementer
counts instructions not cycles so it is easier to optimize based upon its
output.

One thing that is new here is that since all tasks are FP on powerpc w/FPU, a
number of tests failed during task creation.  The memory allocated from the
workspace by the scheduler is not accounted for in confdefs.h.

Why is this single time higher?  There was no change but we added about 50
instructions.
