These two crashes could be related, and might have something to do with the
task deletion.  Awhile ago I had a bug where a timer would fire while a task
was being deleted, which was causing inconsistent state. This was because of
some missing critical sections.  I don't suggest adopting until I can resolve
at least this issue anyway.
