Patch @ testsuites which has changes to 

- libtests/malloctest/init.c: Exercises _realloc_r
- psxtests/psxfile01/test.c and psxtests/psxfile01/psxfile01.scn: _unlink_r and
_link_r
- psxtests/psxstat/test.c and psxtests/psxstat/psxstat.scn: _stat_r and
_lstat_r
- psxtests/psxtime/test.c and psxtests/psxtime/psxtime.scn: _gettimeofday
- sptests/Makefile.am and sptests/configure.ac: Changes to accommodate new test
sptests/spmountmgr01/
