New tests: devfs02, devfs03 and devfs04 @ testsuites/libtests/

New tests: devfs02, devfs03 and devfs04 @ testsuites/libtests/

devfs02: devFS_mknod and devFS_evaluate_path are exercised in this test.
devfs03: devFS_initialize is exercised in this test.
devfs04: devFS_read and devFS_write are exercised in this test.
