We should rename (in confdefs.h)

CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_miniIMFS to CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_MINIIMFS

because no other configure options uses small letters and we should rename

CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_NFSFS in CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_NFS

because the double FS is superfluous.
