I don't disagree with installing md?.h, but I disagree up installing them to
sys/.
The BSDs actually implement /usr/include/md?.h with some of them (NetBSD and
FreeBSD) redirecting these to sys/md?.h, while OpenBSD doesn't.
This is the typical BSDish "system" vs. "userspace" split, which in case of
RTEMS doesn't make much sense.
