This would not be wrong. What is wrong is your code which seems to rely upon a
different API and the libmd in RTEMS and in BSD.

Please understand that I am not any longer interested in discussing this, but
am considering to take this issue on a different level.

Putting you under "write after approval policy" seems adequate.
