Gedare.. is it possible to share the single sparc tree and ifdef?

Ralf.. given that we can do SPARC V7 interrupt code in the multilib and not on
v9, I would propose that the code be split into context switch and interrupt
assembly code.  Personally I like this better.  As you know, the single file 
style is just how it was done long long ago.
